Demon Barbers of the Cotswolds

Returned Shaved
There is a less violent, but altogether weirder, kind of cat crime going on in the Cotswolds.

A demon barber has been shaving the fur off domestic cats.

In the most recent attack the same cat has been shaved twice in the past few weeks, and four times since November.
"The first incident was before Christmas - she came home with a patch shaved from her belly to her leg. Then it happened again a week later. On Thursday she was missing in the morning and when she came in she acted as though she was sore. Her collar was stretched too - it may have been that someone tried to grab her, although it could be that she got it caught on something. I haven't a clue why it's happening and neither has the vet." Two neighbours in Minchinhampton have had their two pet cats targeted eight times in total. "Now it's happened to a cat owned by an old woman just around the corner. It's getting worse and worse." Some of the cats are now seems traumatised and scared to leave the house.
A Cosmic Joker
http://fav.me/d7h8ew4
There is something bizarre about the whole situation, this cat shaving is but one of a line of unusual activities that appear to target the animal population of many countries. In this country alone hundreds of cat are attacked one way or another.

In other countries you have what is called the half cat phenomena, where by someones pet cat is cut cleanly in two, glove puppet fashion. The top part of the cat is then left either for the owners to find or close by in someone else`s garden, there is never any blood. In other cases the cats internal organs are laid out next to the animal on the owners lawn. Its not only cats that suffer these attacks, we have seen in various news stories that horses have been killed and had specific parts of their body removed.

This whole phenomena is world wide and is escalating. The general public in their infinite wisdom seem always to have the solution at hand, and that is to catch the 'Human' or 'Humans' responsible. The problem with that solution is that no 'Human' or 'Gang of Humans' has ever been caught on a world wide basis committing these attacks. The police seem to be able to catch all types of criminals but not the animal attackers, another point is no one ever sees anything, various communities are left in shock when a number of cats go missing or are mutilated. When ever these attacks make the news the comments section is littered with people screaming for the arrest of these attackers, have you noticed it never happens, and so the attacks go on and on. If it WAS humans they would sometime or other make a mistake but it has not and never will happen, even the police that can normally get a lead on who commits a crime are themselves puzzled by these attacks.

A thing to remember is this phenomena moves around so do not be surprised if one day you find a half cat on your lawn, and no one will have seen or heard anything. Please do not take my word, do some research, what you will find will shock you.

A GPS device on your cat may help to solve these crimes but people first need to waken up to the fact that there is more to this animal/mutilation/abduction phenomena than some idiot hiding behind a bush at two in the morning waiting to catch someone's cat.

A cosmic joker is toying with us. It has the power to take and return. It has the power of life and death.

Entities from another Dimension
This video on the ATS site shows a group of dogs knowing there was something strange coming their way. The dogs then scattered as this shadow entity makes a lunge for them. Again this type of paranormal event begs the question has it got something to do with the animal/pet/cat abductions and mutilations. Its said these entities have `matter` because they can move solid objects, also Stephen Hawkins say they could be from another dimension and are attracted by our thoughts. So is it as I wrote sometime back that it appears that something reaches into our dimension takes our pets mutilates them for whatever reason then returns their bodies, or as in other cases they are never returned. I know these videos could be fake but I have this gut feeling they are not.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PETS INSIDE AT NIGHT

Cat Mutilation Mystery "Half Cat" Nationwide Epidemic - Pt1

Half Cat Puppet Mutilation

Springdale, Washington County, Utah, United States is the latest town to be visited by the half cat mutilation phenomena.
“I grabbed a towel and went down there ’cause I saw he wasn’t moving,” Teresa said. “I’m a wildlife biologist, it’s my profession, and I looked at him and I just thought ‘this is so odd, because he’s not eaten on.’ He was cut in half, heart and lungs were gone, and there wasn’t a drop of blood anywhere, and he was laid there with his front paws crossed over each other. I just kept looking at him and I just thought, ‘this is too strange.’”
“It was like he had been gently laid there,” she said. “He wasn’t thrown, he wasn’t in an odd angle – it’s like, if he was alive, he would have been sleeping.”
An autopsy report was said all of the cat’s organs had been removed except for the colon; there was no blood pool and no punctures on the remaining body. The owner said there was the possibility of DNA under his claws which had been broken in its effort to escape.

I STRONGLY URGE THE DNA UNDER HIS CLAWS TO BE EXAMINED

There is something non-human about these type of killings. Take into the account where one half of a cat turned up in a private rear courtyard.

Then there was the owner who let her cat out and found it in 'puppet fashion' within the hour (link required).

Mysteriously shaved cats

There is a new type of horror escalating amongst the cat populations. Previously known as the half cat phenomena, the horrors have taken a darker twist with the discovery of mysteriously shaved cats and the bloodless bodies of cats missing their heads and tails. Mix this with an extraordinarily high number of mysteriously vanishing cats without bodies and one has to wonder what the hell is going on with cats.

In 2016 cats started coming home with mysterious patches of shaved fur.

NEW Zealand
“ …it is hard enough to worm a cat, let alone hold one still while it was partially shaved”
“…both times it's been around their backsides, and that's just disturbing"
“…we only let her out at night now because it’s never happened at night”
“…the very next night he returned home with another shaved spot closer to his tail at the bottom of his back”
“…the third time it looked as if someone grabbed his tail and tried to cut it clean off, and there were clear shaven marks at the base of his tail.”
“…it’s a pretty clean shave, they did a pretty good job holding my cat down it must’ve been a two-man job”.

UK
“…she was missing in the morning and when she came in she acted as though she was sore”
“…her collar was stretched too”

British Columbia
…she came back a third time with what looked to be another shaven area on her belly – the second time her upper legs and base of her tail were shorn bare which also saw her nipples cut”
“…social media has found others in the area had similar experiences”

USA
"...a bizarre case that so far has police and residents stumped, cats returned with their genital areas shaved."

The Details
A demon barber in the Cotswolds UK has been shaving the fur off domestic cats. John, whose ginger tabby Beau has been shaved four times, said: "It's ridiculous, who would go around doing this kind of thing? I'm sure it's taking a real toll on the cat now, the poor thing must be traumatised. I'm surprised she still wants to go outside."

The most recent attack involved Lysetta Bray’s cat Tippi, who has been shaved twice in the past few weeks, and four times since November. Lysetta said: "The first incident was before Christmas - she came home with a patch shaved from her belly to her leg. Then it happened again a week later. On Thursday she was missing in the morning and when she came in she acted as though she was sore. Her collar was stretched too - it may have been that someone tried to grab her, although it could be that she got it caught on something.

Mandy, who lives around the corner, said her three-year-old black and white cat, Treacle, has been shaved three times in four months, leaving her with painful patches. She said: "I'm just mystified as to why someone would do this, it's sick. We think it must be the same person doing it. Now it's happened to a cat owned by an old woman just around the corner. It's getting worse and worse." Mandy added that “timid" Treacle was also shaved last year, and said the cat now seems traumatised and scared to leave the house.

UK Stroud District Council Animal Welfare Service said: "We have received a report from a member of public in France Lynch that their cat has returned home with a shaved patch on its side. They say that this isn't the first time it has happened as the cat returned home in November, December and three weeks ago with similar shaved patches.

In British Columbia Tabby suddenly went from merely ignoring other members of the family to actively hissing at them and refusing to eat, her owner said “I managed to pick her up and found a bare patch on her belly in almost a perfect square,” When Tabby came back a third time with what looked to be another shaven area on her belly – the second time her upper legs and base of her tail were shorn bare – an event which also saw her nipples cut, Yarjau put a call out on social media about the situation, and found others in her area had similar experiences.

Vance Assu, who lives around the corner on Beaver Lodge Road, says his four-year-old cat Twilight has also been through this. Like the first time Yarjau noticed Tabby acting strange, Assu says it started earlier this year, “in February or March.” Twilight suddenly came home one evening with “a strange mark on his abdomen on his right side,” Assu says. “It looked like a perfectly shaved box shape.” The very next night, Twilight returned home with another shaved spot closer to his tail at the bottom of his back. A third time, Assu says, “it looked as if someone grabbed his tail and tried to cut it clean off, and there were clear shaven marks at the base of his tail.” “It’s a pretty clean shave,” she said. “They did a pretty good job holding my cat down. It must’ve been a two-man job. She won’t come up to people. She’s not one of those cats, whoever it is must be luring her with food so they can do this to her.” Whatever the reason for this disturbing trend, Yarjau says, she just wants the community to be aware that this is happening. “We only let her out at night now,” she says, “because it’s never happened at night. She’s not allowed to wander during the day anymore, because one day she just might not come back.”

A New Zealand Kapiti woman wants answers after her cat returned home partially shaved, twice, in the space of two months. Rebecca Beedell, who lives in Raumati South, said her long-haired tabby Fat Cat returned home with its tummy, back legs, and tail partially shaved a fortnight ago. Beedell said she spoke to a friend living about 10 houses away whose cat had been shaved too. Beedell had heard from another cat owner several kilometres away who had the same thing happen to his feline. This was not the first time Fat Cat had returned home shaved, Beedell said. The second time there was no doubt. Fat Cat's shaved areas were growing back on Friday, but there were clear, square edges to the cuts. Beedell said she had no idea why her cats had been shaved, but wanted to know. It was hard enough to worm a cat, let alone hold one still while it was partially shaved, both my cats, both times it's been around their backsides, and that's just disturbing."

Waynesboro VA In a bizarre case that so far has police and residents stumped, at least seven cats have been shaved. Residents say cats have been shaved in the underbelly, groin and leg areas and appears the shaving was done with a razor of some kind, the cats were not otherwise harmed. The cats are clearly pets and not stray or feral cats, the cats are wearing collars and are well-groomed. Capt. Kelly Walker of the Waynesboro Police Department said he was approached by two individuals with the strange tale, and said they were seeking permission to post fliers about the incidents. Walker said the cats were briefly taken from owners in the Tree Streets section of Waynesboro, the animals were returned with their genital areas shaved.

The half cat phenomena first made its appearance in the 1990s
“...an ordinary person going about their normal routine stumbles upon a half of a corpse of a cat left for them to find in an area that cannot be missed.  The remains of the cat are always half of the cat cut straight across its mid-section dividing the cat in two parts. The top part of the cat including the head and two front paws is the most common half left in a staged manner to be purposely found.  I have read reports of the bottom half of the cat left as well but most often it is the top portion of the cat.
There is no blood, no internal organs or mess to be found anywhere. The cat is left gutted, cleaned and looking very much like a cat hand puppet.  The incision is clean and neat and without signs of any animal aggression towards the cat.  I have been told the cats do look as if they tried to defend against the attack by signs of defensive actions but ultimately you find only a half cat that has been gutted, drained of blood, cleaned and left staged in a place where the cat will definitely be found.
Sometimes the cats belong to the people who find them. Other people have no idea who the cat belonged to but found it laid out across their walkway or patio neatly and obviously to be discovered by those living in the area it is being placed to be found”.

By 2014 cats began disappearing in clusters
By October 2014 the enormity of the problem was magnified by a location map put together by owners.
“It seems incredible that so many cats could simply disappear. They go out and don’t come back. If 108 cats have gone missing, where are the bodies? There are no traces, no sightings, nothing. They just vanished.”
"The Facebook group “Ipswich Missing Cats” last week, has already received 108 reports of disappearances – the majority of which happened in the past month. The mass disappearances coupled with cruel stories of torture have prompted pet owners to keep their cats on lockdown. The site has been inundated by stories of pets vanishing without a trace, others being found dead and buried, and evidence of torture among some of those returning. One pet owner said one of her cats had suffered a catalogue of cruel injuries after disappearing on Sunday evening. “When he came back he was limping, he was covered in faeces and he was absolutely terrified, his whiskers had been burned, there was a large chunk of fur that seemed to have been ripped out and when I took him to the vets they said it looked like he had been kicked around like a football. Other group members had been forced to put their cat down after returning with serious injuries. One owner lost all three of his pets in a single week."
The disappearances began at the beginning of the year but have markedly increased in recent months, the owners said.  David Smith, the co-ordinator of Cats Protection’s Ipswich branch, said:
"We hear of cases of cats going missing or being mistreated from time to time but to hear of this number of cats going missing in such a short space of time is astonishing."
Ben Gummer, MP for Ipswich said he was “alarmed” at the scale of the problem. He said: “I am alarmed at the news that over one hundred cats have gone missing in my constituency in such a short space of time. There must be someone who knows what’s going on”. (http://metro.co.uk/2014/10/15/residents-are-on-the-hunt-for-serial-cat-killer-after-160-cats-go-missing-in-ipswich-4906946/)

Then the mutilated bodies started piling up
“People don’t want to believe it’s a human doing it. The suspect is like a ghost. We know he avoids CCTV”
“We are currently working alongside the police and the RSPCA to find the identity of the "M25 cat killer". We now have 31 cases confirmed by post mortem, with around 90 since Feb 2016 which bear the hallmarks of what is believed (through forensic evidence) to be the same killer.
Most of the attacks are occurring across a wide area in greater London, but we have also collected bodies from St Albans (confirmed by post mortem), Brackley in Northamptonshire (confirmed by post mortem)
Brighton, Maidstone, Manchester (confirmed by post mortem), Birmingham (confirmed by post mortem) and the Isle of Wight with identical wounds and are awaiting post mortem results to either rule these in or out.
If you live in Greater London you are currently living in a high risk area for these killings. However, we also now want to know about any cats, foxes or birds found with the following combination of injuries from Manchester down to the South Coast:
Decapitations/ removal of tail/ removal of paws/ any combination of these.
Please note that a high number of birds found decapitated are caused by predation injury, but we have one case of an owl who was decapitated in East London with a bladed instrument so we would rather know about them all.
If you see anyone behaving oddly around cats, foxes or birds in the area from Manchester down to the South Coast, please call this into police via 101 with a full description of the person and what they are doing, and quote Operation Takahe in the call. Where possible get vehicle registration details. Please then send us the police or CAD reference number.
If you see anyone catching a cat, kidnapping a cat or fox or bird, hurting, kicking, standing on or otherwise causing harm to a cat or fox or bird in the same geographical area, that same advice applies except that's a 999 call.
If you find a body which bear the injuries listed or body parts (heads, legs, paws or tails) above from Manchester down to the South Coast, please call us on 07961 030064 or 07957 830490 immediately. Please stay with the body/parts if you can and prevent any council or waste services from touching or removing it and anyone from photographing it. Our phones are by nature busy so if you can't get through on one number, try the other.
We advise that anyone living in the greater London area keep their cats indoors as much as they can and let them out only during the day when they can be supervised. Please keep your cats in at night. We appreciate this isn't easy, particularly as the weather gets warmer but you will cut the risk to your cat dramatically if you keep them indoors during the hours of darkness.
If you have any information about who might be committing these offences, please call the team running Operation Takahe on 0208 6490216. If you feel uneasy speaking to the police, you can contact us instead on the mobile numbers listed above. All calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence.”
Post mortem examinations by an RSPCA approved vet have indicated the likely cause of death is "blunt force trauma" - potentially consistent with being run over - with the head and tail being removed after death.

The Half Cat Phenomenon Returns

Croydon Cat Killer
Boudicca Rising Flyer
The phenomenon of mutilated and displayed bodies of as many as 170 animals in south London and across the UK has returned in a hot spot known as the Croydon Cat Killer.

A YEAR into the investigation the 170 mutilated animal bodies are being stored in freezers, all thought to have been slain at the hands of the same killer, the bodies or body parts all have the same recognisable injuries – a clean wound made by a bladed object.

Boudicca Rising, co-founder of SNARL, added: "We are not learning anything new from the post-mortems so it's essentially a waste of money. But it's still important that we retrieve and store those bodies for later. They all share similar injuries, whether they're a dead cat, or a cat that's come back home," said Boudicca. "It's neck slashes, amputated tails, decapitation, or slits from the neck down to the tummy, straight down, we have found these are knife wounds, not rips and tears. She said owners and vets had told her of around half a dozen similarly wounded animals, as well as disappearances."

She then said a vet with a background in forensics got in touch who could carry out post-mortems, so SNARL set up a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to fund them. After assessing the evidence SNARL had gathered the serious crime squad got involved in December 2015, officially launching the investigation as Operation Takahe, and started to work closely with the charity and the RSPCA to collect bodies and record evidence.

"We know they're done by the same person because the cuts are from the same sort of hand. If a different person did them they would make the cuts in different places. He has a few signature mutilations – he always cuts off the heads, paws or tails of the cats – or cuts them in half. There are a couple of other signatures we haven't released to the media to ensure we don't get copycat killings. Sometimes he decapitates, sometimes removes tails, sometimes both. Sometimes he cuts the cat in half, sometimes he removes the tail and one back leg, sometimes he takes the head and front paws. All of these combinations have been post mortemed and linked."

Most of the bodies SNARL has collected are cats, but some are foxes and there is also a rabbit which appears to be linked. People still think it’s only happening in Croydon and it’s not. ‘We’ve had attacks from Luton all the way down to Frimley in Surrey and across to Farnborough in Hampshire. The attacks are happening anywhere within the M25 and outside of it. Most of the attacks are occurring across a wide area in greater London, we have collected bodies from St Albans, Brackley in Northamptonshire Brighton, Maidstone, Manchester, Birmingham and the Isle of Wight with identical wounds. If you live in Greater London you are currently living in a high risk area for these killings. However, we also now want to know about any cats, foxes or birds found with the following combination of injuries from Manchester down to the South Coast: Decapitations/ removal of tail/ removal of paws/ any combination of these.

They all seem to have met the same grisly end – being hit with a blunt object or thrown against a wall. Some still have undigested chicken in their bodies, suggesting they’re being lured (or eaten a fox lure), while others have been bled out.

X-files: Mysterious half cat deaths in Vancouver
During 2010 Throughout North America, pet cats have been found sliced clean in half, and to date no one knows why. The latest are in the Vancouver area the cats have been surgically cut and very little blood was present.“

Cat mutilations are similar to those of cattle, in that there is little blood present, and internal organs have been removed. These strange mutilations have been reported globally for at least a decade, including the UK and Australia. In Denver, a case examined by Dr John Altshuler revealed the cat slicing was done in the matter of a cautery, BUT WITH NO CARBON RESIDUE FOUND. Altshuler confirmed that the excision had been made with high heat, cauterizing and preventing blood flow.

Cow mutilations still continue to this day with no answers. In the last year, in Flowery Branch, Georgia, cattle farmers John and Kathy Cooper, have lost 20 cow and bulls in strange incidents.

There are those who believe this mystery may have an extraterrestrial connection. Whether it is true or not, one woman has made it her life’s mission to interview and document unsolved mysteries since 1979. Her name is Linda Moulton Howe. Contact her for any further incidents of this HALF CAT PHENOMENON.

L. M. Howe claims that US Army Lt. Col. Philip J. Corso who worked for military intelligence, told her that he “had seen with his own eyes, during his work for the Eisenhower and Kennedy Administrations, highly classified documents about unusual and bloodless animal deaths around the world dated as early as 1951."
Corso claimed the “perpetrators of the worldwide animal deaths are extraterrestrial biological entities.”
This information can be found in his 1997 book, The Day After Roswell, published eight months before he died.

Strange Cat Mutilations & Disappearances

Cat disappearances and mutilations around the world have been in the news because of either the strangeness associated with the event or the fact that the humans associated with the event need to be stopped. Each article reveals that the mutilation has taken place elsewhere because of the lack of blood at the scene. Some of these cats have been let outside their home and a short time later have had half their bloodless body found. How can this be? Why is it worldwide?

The excerpts sum the article...

In the Almaden incidents, cats have been taken, often from yards or porches, killed and mutilated and then returned to the owners' homes.

Cat Cut In Half Beaverton, ON (CA)
"We haven't found anything else, but we have had a number of calls from that area about missing cats."

At the time of the discovery, Ms. H. said that it was highly unlikely that a predatory animal was responsible.

(OSPCA) has seen far too often. Seven years ago, Ms. Houghton served as the lead investigator for the OSPCA when a handful of mutilated cats were found in Toronto.

"In Toronto, the police were called in and a reward was established ($60,000!) , but we never found out who was responsible. All of a sudden, it just stopped."

"The reports of horrible new nocturnal mutilations come almost weekly, the latest last weekend, when a tiger-and-white striped tabby was found in two pieces. Oddly, no one ever hears any noise, and dogs do not bark. There is never any blood on the ground, just a torn feline carcass on the front lawn when the sun rises over Orange County.

Sixty-seven victims have been found in the last three months months alone, some of them cut in half with what some say is almost surgical precision, others disemboweled or skinned."

Cats missing - found cut in half

USA - There is something murderous and rampant on the loose in our world and it is attacking cats everywhere. Authorities say that human/s are responsible for these atrocities but if you think about it in the sense of practicality these “humans” appear to have abilities so far different from the rest of us in the complexity of the killings that they cannot possibly be of the human race.

The cats have a common theme, they are mutilated off site then “rained” back from where they were removed – all under a cloak of invisibility and silence. The phrase “raining cats and dogs” has taken on a whole new sinister meaning.

The numbers of oddly mutilated cats increase around summer and appear to cluster in an area before going away. Combine this with the towns and cities that are reporting large numbers of mysterious cat disappearances where there are NO bodies and one is left with a real bad feeling that the two are related.

August 2014

WILMINGTON, NC, USA – “Something disturbing is happening to people's cats. It was half a cat. Cut, almost surgically, and then placed there. This is the second cat found and killed like this in that area”.

LAKELAND, FL, USA – “Horrifying discoveries in a Lakeland community have neighbors scared and disgusted. At least two pet cats have been found cut in half. Several others are missing. It’s happening along Newport Avenue. There was no hair, there was no blood, there were no guts, it was just the front half of the cat. We had one that went missing before we found the body of this cat and we, didn't think much of it, but then the sibling of that cat, she's just gone in seven days- no idea where she is. We're all scared. We're all scared for our animals for our children that's because just down the street another neighbour found the same thing this week. It was their neighbor's pet cat cut in half, in a way they describe as not jagged but nearly straight down the middle.””

SPRINGDALE, Utah, USA – "The cat was found severed in half. It had been cat trapped, drained of blood, surgically cut in half and had his heart and lungs removed before being left outside her home. The cat was lying in Teresa's lap while she sat in a chair reading a book until about midnight Saturday. Teresa then went to bed, leaving her sliding doors and windows open for fresh air. About 7am I saw a black lump about 100-125 feet from her home. It was like he had been gently laid there, he wasn’t thrown, he wasn’t in an odd angle – it’s like, if he was alive, he would have been sleeping. I’m a wildlife biologist, it’s my profession, and I looked at him and I just thought ‘this is so odd, because he’s not eaten on.’ He was cut in half, heart and lungs were gone, and there wasn’t a drop of blood anywhere, and he was laid there with his front paws crossed over each other. I just kept looking at him and I just thought, this is too strange. It was like surgical incisions, very, very clean cuts. Cat’s skin is very tough, and when it’s animals, they rip and tear, and that wasn’t what this was. You could see along the rib cage where it had been cut.”

HEIGHTS, Huston, USA – “The administrator of the Justice For Murdered Cats in Heights Facebook page, says that she has documented 23 cases of cat mutilations in that neighborhood. A couple woke up early Saturday morning to find their own cat lying dead and in pieces on their lawn. They had last seen the pet hours before. They believe that sometime between 3 a.m. and sunrise their pet was taken off and mutilated. Some of the cats found have been sliced in half, quartered, or disembowelled. This cat was friendly but many other cat victims would only go to their owners. These are clean cuts, no blood at the scene, which makes us think that there has to be a kill room or a kill spot the people responsible are using.”

ONTARIO, Canada - “Wild animals in Ontario eat the intestines and the head, but in these cases those parts have been left, it’s kind of frightening if there’s the Jeffery Dahmer of cats out there. The body was cut in half and the cat’s limbs were separated and left a few feet from the body. If you look at the bone, it’s been clean cut, there is no evidence of gnawing or chewing, and there has been evidence of skinning. That’s not normal. That’s not what animals in Ontario do.”

These type of killings became noticeable back about fifteen years ago.

DENVER, Colorado, USA - “Investigators were trying to determine whether the three killings were connected to a rash of cat, rabbit and squirrel mutilations in Denver and Aurora that began in July. It's the same kind of activity, but we don't have information that positively connects them. There had been 10 cats, a squirrel and a rabbit that have been killed and left out for viewing in Aurora and Denver since July 19. Whoever was mutilating pets in that area were killing them with an almost surgical precision. All were dissected in a surgically precise way, and some animals had their organs removed and their bloodless carcasses left near people's homes.”

LEE, Massachusetts, USA - “There was little blood where the bodies were found, so the cats were apparently mutilated elsewhere. They say the number of missing cats in town has risen dramatically from just two or three in August 1995 to about 20 a year later. Some of the rise may be blamed on coyotes or traffic accidents, but we suspect that some of the missing cats fell victim to mutilation.

WHITE SALMON, Washington, USA – Goats are included with the mysterious mutilations. “Six of their female goats were dead in their front yard. The goats were all missing their udders, which were removed with surgical precision. No blood was spilled and detectives have no idea how the animals actually died. The whole herd was laying down with their feet up. Autopsies showed the goats' lungs were blackened and collapsed, hinting that they died from inhaling something.”

As one commenter writes:
“This isn't an isolated incident. It's happening ALL over. Google it. This occurred two houses down from me. It's bizarre alright, but the way it is carried out takes intelligence. Surgical precision and ZERO blood? No organs? Might need to gather DNA from this cats nails. Check for extreme temperature tissue damage.. (nitrogen to QUICK freeze the cat to create such a precision cut maybe). Someone is REALLY going out of their way to do this specifically. And it's happening ALL over. Worth a deep inquiry.”
Many people think the culprits may be teenagers because the killings pick up dramatically at the beginning of summer. There is frustration surrounding the lack of witnesses. "Someone has to have seen these people. They aren't ghosts. They are out there, and the next time it might not be a cat." In most cases, one part of the cat's body had been returned to the owner's property soon after the killing. In all of the cases, the cats had been let outdoors for a relatively short period of time before they turned up dead. Oddly, no one ever hears any noise, and dogs do not bark. There is never any blood on the ground, just a torn feline carcass on the front lawn when the sun rises. The mutilation phenomena stays in the area for a few months and “all of a sudden it stops”.
